Overview

Function (Scope and Main Purpose of Job)

The Revenue Auditor is responsible for keeping an accurate inventory of materials produced by the department. Additionally, the Revenue Auditor will manage logistics and requests of Revenue Audit documents. The Revenue Auditor is tasked with reviewing and entering all revenue streams into control documents. Auditors will prepare necessary reports for all areas of gaming operations to satisfy both Company and regulatory requirements.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties

* Responsible for verifying the different revenue streams derived from gaming operations like Slot Operations, Slot-Jackpots, Table Games, Food and Beverage, Marketing, Main Cage, ATM/TRU Machines and other revenue and documentation as generated by various departments.

* Issues exception reports for violations of company policies and procedures, Gaming regulations and Federal and State laws.

* Analyzes and creates spreadsheets, complies with all company policies and procedures, Gaming regulations and Federal and State laws.

* Audits the issue, retention, and transmittal of various regulatory forms such as W2G's, Suspicious Activity Reports and Currency Transactions Reports (CTR).

* Responsible for the sorting, filing and inventory of Revenue Audit materials. Logs, labels and prepares Audit materials to be sent to storage.

* Manages and fulfills requests from other departments including but not limited to: Match play requests, document requests from the State Gaming Agency, document requests from other departments and credit card receipt transactions.

* Completes Data-Entry projects as assigned.

* Processes and mails correspondence to Casino guests.

* Responsible for preparing Jackpot and W2G documentation for Auditing.

Qualifications

Job Requirements (skills, knowledge, and abilities)

* Strong organizational, planning and communication and PC skills.

* Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate gaming license required by the State Gaming Agency for the position.

* Able to sit for long periods of time.

* Ability to work long and varied hours and on shifts, weekends, holidays and special events as needed.

* Must be able to think analytically, have basic math skills and be able to read and interpret spreadsheets.

* Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the State Gaming Agency for the position.

Educational Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required equivalent work experience in a clerical position.

Working Conditions

* 24/7 high energy casino with over 100,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 500 employees

* Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.

* You may occasionally work in an environment where smoking is allowed
