Founded by physicians who know and understand the need for excellent, expedient care.Reporting to the Accounts Receivable & Billing Supervisor, the RCM Administrative Assistant provides crucial administrative support to the CareWell/ClearChoiceMD revenue cycle management team to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.This position is onsite, based in our Concord, NH office.Successful candidates joining our TEAM will be eligible for:Outstanding Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance with company paid Short Term Disability and Life Insurance401(K) with no waiting period and fully vested match4 company paid urgent care visits for employees and dependentsPaid Time Off planAnd many other perks...discounted tickets for performances and amusement parks, reduced insurance offerings and many other voluntary benefits to suit each employee's needs.A typical day in the life of a RCM Administrative Assistant includes, but is not limited to:Playing a crucial role in maintaining a smooth workflow within the organization by ensuring accurate and timely distribution of mail/incoming faxes within the departmentAssisting with a variety of administrative tasks, managing office procedures, and assisting other team members as needed to ensure coordination between departmentsGathering missing information for workers' compensation for billing and following up on outstanding workers' compensation claimsEnsuring accurate data entry into databases, spreadsheets, and other systemsServing as a backup to assist with any revenue cycle responsibilitiesEducation & Experience:High School Diploma or equivalentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint applicationsAt least 1 year experience in Medical Billing preferred2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service, problem-solving skills, and ability to multi-task/meet deadlinesA typical work schedule consists of weekdays 8am - 5:00pm, on-site in Concord, NH, with options to flex time.ClearChoiceMD provides an opportunity to work with other like-minded professionals where you can develop and build your skills.
