Hybrid 3 days a week.Expected duration: Long term projectDescription:Perform complete RF Design for 1st tier RF carrierSearch area issuance, candidate assessment, approvals, Macro / Smalls Designs and RF design support for bringing these solutions on-air. Redesign mature network areas to minimize capacity constraints and improve SINR while working with other areas of the network to ensure performance fixes/initiatives are in placeAToll experienceFuze experienceRoofMaster / IXUS experiencePerform Macro/Small Cell Design design including antenna selection and placement, utilizing knowledge of C-band, 5G, LTE, CDMA to contribute in network designCreate CIQs, E911 submissions, COPs etc.Work on new cell sites, making sure the site is properly integrated into the network and optimized for peak performanceWork with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize components for best efficiency and reliabilityPowered by JazzHR
