Interested?Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Must assist Guests in the loading and unloading of the ride and check various restraining devicesOperate the rides control panel where applicableMust observe the ride while it is in motion for the safety of the guestsInform Guests of the safety policies for the rideObserve and follow all Six Flags St. Louis Safety policies and proceduresMaintain a clean work environmentMaintain Six Flags Guest First StandardsResponsible for completing other duties as deemed necessary by managementSkills and Qualifications:Minimum Age: 16Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditionsMust be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitudeMust have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with othersAbility to lift a minimum weight of 40-50 lbs and push a minimum weight of 30 lbsGood oral communication skills
