Rides Mechanic - Kentucky Kingdom : Job Details

This position provides support by conducting daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and required repairs of rides. All done in a manner consistent with the mission, values, and operating philosophies and standards of Kentucky Kingdom. Job ResponsibilitiesJob responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Conduct daily safety inspections of rides.
• Perform required preventive maintenance on rides.
• Troubleshoot and repair rides, incl uding their subsystems.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing assignments.
• Document time and materials used in performing duties.
• Maintain a clean environment, including tools and equipment, by following company guidelines.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and inspections.
• Assist coworkers as requested.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Basic tools needed to perform job duties.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience that provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be evaluated on an individual basis.
• Valid driver's license for use of company vehicles.

Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.
