Job Posting: Sr. Land Acquisition Agent – RENEWABLE AGENTS ONLY

Location(s): West Texas, Central, and South Texas

Twisted Land Company is seeking experienced Sr. Land Acquisition Agents to support wind energy project developments across West, Central, and South Texas. This role focuses on negotiating and securing land agreements to meet project development goals, supporting field-based needs, and guiding projects through various stages, from acquisition to operations.

Responsibilities:

As a Sr. Land Agent, your key responsibilities include:

• Leading negotiations with landowners to secure long-term land agreements for renewable energy projects.
• Obtaining fully executed documents, including leases, easements, and curative agreements.
• Coordinating with regional teams to implement land acquisition campaigns, identify landowners, and negotiate contracts.
• Conducting stakeholder meetings and presentations, maintaining ongoing relationships with key contacts.
• Performing vesting title research experience to support acquisition processes is required.
• Providing project updates and detailed reports to the Land Acquisition Manager.
• Collaborating with Community Relations teams on project communications and updates.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Education: Bachelor's degree, JD, or MBA in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in land acquisition, with at least 3 years in renewables preferred.
• Expertise:
• Advanced knowledge of land, legal, and negotiation principles.
• Strong communication, sales, and mentoring skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Travel Readiness: Ability to travel 50% or more for fieldwork and meetings.

Working Conditions:

• 50% remote-based environment, 50% field-based visiting landowners and attending meetings.
• Regular travel across project locations in

West, Central, and South Texas.
