Risk Analyst - Robert Half : Job Details

DescriptionWe are looking for a meticulous Risk Analyst to be based in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will be tasked with managing and analyzing risk related to our product and services. This role is central to our team and requires someone who can work collaboratively to develop, communicate, and implement robust risk management strategies.Responsibilities:- Work as a key member of the Treasury team to develop appropriate insurance programs- Manage renewals of all lines of property & casualty coverage- Prepare underwriting submissions for each insurance placement and evaluate risk financing structures to optimize TCOR- Manage relationships with insurance brokers, TPA's, actuaries, and loss prevention consultants- Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure accurate insurance and loss budgeting, reserving, and reporting- Proactively identify and manage operational risks across the enterprise- Advise the company on coverage elections, insurance structures, policy language, and overall protection of our people, assets, and brand- Assist in the development of claims handling and reporting policies- Review contracts for insurance and indemnity requirements- Utilize Data Mining Techniques, LexisNexis, and Management System tools to ensure compliance and credit control- Provide excellent customer service while handling commercial insurance matters.Requirements-MBA, ARM, CRM, CPCU, or other insurance certificationExperience handling claimsAt least 3 years' experience with commercial property & casualty insurance programsBachelor's degree in finance, risk management, or related fieldStrong analytical skills including Finance/Treasury business acumenMust have 5+ years of experience working as a Risk Analyst or in a related role dealing with corporate Insurance.- Proficiency in Data Mining Techniques is required.- Must have experience with LexisNexis.- Familiarity with Management Systems is necessary.- Previous experience in Auditing is required.- Compliance experience is necessary.- Must have experience in Credit analysis, Risk, and insurance.- Excellent Customer Service skills are required.- Must have experience in Commercial Insurance.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
