Salary: $85k - $87k/year

Schedule: 5 day work week -- never get stuck working overtime, with rotating telephone triage for phone support.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide ongoing oversight and support to a caseload of medically complex adults with intellectual disabilities.
  • Perform ongoing clinical support to LPN staff.
  • Provide ongoing assessment of health conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best health outcomes.

RNs Require:

  • NYS Licensure/Certification
  • CPR, fire safety training, and medication knowledge
  • Six months of hospital or long-term care experience, supporting people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities preferred
