Employment Type: Full timeShift: Day Shift Description: Eddy SeniorCare has a rewarding opportunity for a RN Supervisor to lead our PACE Primary Care Clinic located at 385 Watervliet Shaker Road, Latham! PACE is a unique program on the forefront of trends in healthcare, combining an insurance role (we are the Medicare/Medicaid insurer for our participants) with a comprehensive healthcare provider role (primary care, home health, adult daycare, transportation, all coordinated by an interdisciplinary team). The primary purpose of this job position is to provide and supervise the day to day clinic nursing responsibilities of the Eddy Senior Care Latham site. They will perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary. The supervisor oversees the clinical care being provided by clinic nursing staff. They provide direct nursing care as necessary, including rooming of participants in the clinic, obtaining vital signs, obtaining lab specimens, medication administration, EKG, treatment administration, etc. They will complete home and community-based visits as needed. This role also participates in the development, maintenance and implementation of the quality assurance program for the Clinic and Nursing Department. They coordinate with PACE Pharmacy for any updated address changes, delivery changes, admits or discharges to program. The supervisor also provides nursing coverage to nursing staff members and administration in the absence of Director of Patient Services. Work schedule is generally M-F 8am to 4:30pm. Pay Range: $38.75 - $53.40 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
