- Review and evaluate all referrals
- Coordination and supervision of care to clients
- Staff Education and Training related to clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement
- Standards of Performance for Branch Operations
- Current License as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN
- Minimum 3 years of RN clinical experience in home care
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Medicare certified home care agency
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills
