Job DetailsWhat you will be doing:
- Develops and delivers training programs for nursing staff to ensure adherence to best practices in home care
- Provides ongoing education and clinical support to field staff to enhance patient care and improve outcomes
- Conducts regular in-home visits to observe and assess nursing staff performance and provide feedback
- Collaborates with management to identify areas for staff development and implement educational initiatives
- Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Serves as a resource for nurses in the field, offering guidance on complex clinical situations
- Tracks and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as needed for continuous improvement
- Participates in recruitment and onboarding of new nursing staff, providing orientation and initial training
- Promotes a culture of learning and professional growth, encouraging staff to pursue certifications and continuing education
Skills you need:
- Homecare experience is required
- Training / staff development experience is highly preferred
