Job DetailsWhat you will be doing:

• Develops and delivers training programs for nursing staff to ensure adherence to best practices in home care
• Provides ongoing education and clinical support to field staff to enhance patient care and improve outcomes
• Conducts regular in-home visits to observe and assess nursing staff performance and provide feedback
• Collaborates with management to identify areas for staff development and implement educational initiatives
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Serves as a resource for nurses in the field, offering guidance on complex clinical situations
• Tracks and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as needed for continuous improvement
• Participates in recruitment and onboarding of new nursing staff, providing orientation and initial training
• Promotes a culture of learning and professional growth, encouraging staff to pursue certifications and continuing education

Skills you need:

• Homecare experience is required
• Training / staff development experience is highly preferred
