* 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday (8 hour shift)- 40.00/hour base pay + .75 shift difference

* 3rd Shift:11pm-7am, 5 days per week including every other weekend - $40.00/ hour base pay + $4 shift premium

Job Responsibilities:

* As an RN, supervises direct care of senior resident and nursing personnel on assigned shift

* Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls.

* Provides direct care as necessary and complete nursing rounds

Qualifications:

* Active, unrestricted RN license in Tennessee required

* At least 6 months' experience working in long-term care setting preferred

* Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents

* Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively

* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy

* Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail
