As a Per Diem RN, you'll enjoy the freedom to choose your hours while making a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.What You'll Do:Personalized Care: Conduct in-home patient assessments to develop and implement individualized care plansTop-Quality Nursing: Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease managementEducate & Empower: Teach patients and their families about health management and self-care practicesCollaborate: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive careDocument & Report: Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with regulationsWhat You Bring:Licensed RN: Current and unrestricted RN license in MAPreferred Experience: At least 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health.
