Observe signs and symptoms and report to the physician reactions to treatments, including drugs, and changes in the client's physical or emotional condition.* Teach, supervise and counsel the client and caregivers regarding nursing care needs and other related problems of the client at home.*Collaborate** Client Records and Billing: Provide accurate and timely documentation of services rendered utilizing agency EMR. Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of all payer sources and authorization required. Complete and document supervisory visits with the LPN and/or HHA per regulations.* Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, families, referral sources, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
