OverviewFull-time, Clinical RN Admit Nurse, Weekdays: Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PMCompassionate Care Hospice, an Amedisys Company, is searching for a RN Admission Nurse to join our team of incredible healthcare professionals. Submits accurate documentation per care center policy. Records pain/symptom management changes/outcomes as appropriate.Communicates significant findings, problems, changes in condition or environment to the c linical m anager/ p hysician and other members of the hospice care team.
