747539 - RN ICU Stepdown - Rochester, NY - 13 Weeks Contract Sigma Healthcare is currently looking for a RN ICU Stepdown to work at our client's facility in Rochester, NY. Shift: D/E/N Rotating Shift Schedule - Weekends, Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge per Unit Needs Job Duties:

• Through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence based practice,
• The Level II Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is accountable for provision of competent care based on established standards.
• The Level II Registered Nurse assumes an expanded role, which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

• MUST HAVE STEPDOWN EXPERIENCE/PCU EXPERIENCE
• BLS
• High acuity stroke and neurosurgery experience required
• Telemetry Experience Required
• RN License (NY License ONLY)
• Two (2) Years Experience

• Q1 Neuro Checks
• EVDs
• lumbar drains
• sub-dural drains
• 3%NS
• cardene drips
• arterial lines
• carotid endarterectomy
• aneurysm coil/clips
• DBS Insertion (Deep Brain Stimulator)
