Job Title: RN ICU (Travel)Location: Utica, NY 13502 Gross Weekly: Upto $2,470/Week (Travel) Contract: 13 weeksShift: 12hr. Nights 6:30 PM - 7:00 AMGuaranteed Hours: 36 hrs./week Requirements:

• CRRT and Prismaflex experience required.
• Heart experience highly preferred.
• 2+ years of ICU experience (SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU).
• Active NY License (NURSYS verified).
• AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications.
• Epic experience required.

Unit Details:

• Beds: 42 beds (East 20, West 22), Neuro/Med: 22, CTICU: 6, Surg/Trauma: 14
• Floating required if needed: To all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding)
• Common patient diagnosis: Neuro/Med -Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi
• CTICU- CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA Surg/Trauma- Trauma, Major post-op sx
• Drips and medications: Pressors- Levophed, Neo, Epi, Vasopressin, Dobutamine & Dopamine, Vasodilators- Cleviprex, Cardene, NTG ,Anti-arrhythmics- Cardizem, Amiodarone, Lido Sedation- Precedex, Propofol, Fentanyl, TPN and Insulin
• Specialty equipment used on unit: IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage) Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun)
