**Responsibilities:**

* Coordination of all referrals for Medicare certified home health services.

* Qualify all intake requests for both clinical appropriateness and financial reimbursement.

* Supervise insurance verification and billing

* Coordinate all patient services working closely with clinical staff and managers

**Qualifications:**

* Registered Nurse with NYS License

* Knowledge of Medicare eligibility for home health

* 2+ years of Medicare Certified Home Health agency experience

* Proficiency in computer programs including Microsoft Office
