A Registered Nurse may supervise duties performed by LPN's and CNA 's in a team care setting under the direction of the Nurse Manager., Nursing Supervisor and/or Director of Nursing.Primary Responsibilities:Supervises unit, Provide direct care and treatment to long term and rehabilitation residents, Provide assessment and documentation of residents under their care. Initiates and administers Intravenous treatments. Communicates with the Nursing team and medical team as appropriate. Reviews and evaluates the resident care plan. Transcribes Physician orders. May assist in orientating new staff. Maintains competency in all site-specific tasks required by the facility.
