Apply for an opportunity to receive competitive pay and control of your schedule- only pick up shifts at times and locations that work for you.*RN Pay - Starts at $47 /hr**LPN Pay-$32/hr **This position involves filling staffing voids at healthcare facilities in Marshfield and Wisconsin Rapids area*RNs provide professional nursing care to assigned patients including recording patient histories, administering medications, and developing patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals.*Position Requirements** Licensed as an RN or LPN* CPR Certification* Experience in Nursing in Long Term Care* Federal, State, and Zeal Clinical Staffing and facility required credentials current and on file* Cognitive skills as related to the position*Position Responsibilities** Provide bedside care* Administer medications and document therapeutic effects* Maintain accurate and complete health care records and reports* Record vital signs and medical information* Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions* Prepare and administer injections* Assess, implement, plan, and evaluate patient nursing care plans with healthcare team members* Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient condition and response to treatment*Other Responsibilities** Completes required orientation as directed by facility* Follows facility and OSHA safety rules and procedures while on assignment* Follows facility Unusual Occurrence Protocol* Respects cultural and religious practices of patients* Upholds HIPAA regulations* Punctual and dependent for assigned/confirmed shiftsPay: $32.00 - $47.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Flexible schedule* Referral programPhysical Setting:* Long term care* Nursing home* Rehabilitation center* Skilled nursing facilitySupplemental Pay:* Bonus opportunities* Overtime payExperience:* Long term care: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:* BLS Certification (Preferred)Work Location: In person
