• Provide clinical and operational oversight for the unit or service on a 24-hour basis.

• Manage staffing, budgets, and resources effectively to meet patient and organizational needs.
• Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives and staff development.
• Foster a collaborative work environment to enhance team performance and satisfaction.

Minimum Job Requirements of the RN Manager:

• Graduation from an accredited Registered Professional Nursing program required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant clinical experience required.
• Five (5) years of clinical experience and previous nursing management experience preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current license and registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications (if required for the service).
• Specialty certification preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Compensation: $103,272 to $160,664.49 annually (commensurate with experience, education, and certifications).
