STATUS: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)LOCATION: 330 Monroe Avenue DEPARTMENT: Palliative CareSCHEDULE: M-F 8:30a-5p with rotating weekends onATTRIBUTES

• AAS in nursing is required, BSN preferred.
• At least 3 years of Community Health Nursing experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of community health nursing practices and resources is preferred.
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Must have ability to travel.
