Job Title: RN - Maternal Care Location: New York, NY 10004 Duration: 3 Months Hours Per Week: Up to 40 hours (based on home visits completed) Days Per Week: 5 days Job Summary: The RN - Maternal Care will provide home healthcare services to a diverse range of pediatric and maternal patients, up to age 18. This role involves comprehensive care, including acute care experience in MedSurg, maternal and child care, critical care, and pediatrics. The ideal candidate must have current experience in maternal child home health care and be adaptable to various patient needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care for pediatric and maternal patients in a home health setting.
• Utilize clinical expertise in MedSurg, maternal and child care, critical care, and pediatrics.
• Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and provide education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations while delivering high-quality patient care.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of previous acute care experience in MedSurg, maternal and child care, critical care, and pediatrics.
• Current experience in maternal child home health care is required.

Education & Certifications:

• New York State RN License (Primary Source Verification required).
• AHA BLS certification.

Languages:

• English (Speak, Read, Write)

• This role involves maternal care with a patient age range that includes pediatrics up to 18 years old.
