Join Our Team!We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Night Shift Supervisor to oversee the nursing department's night operations at our state-of-the-art facility in Briarcliff Manor, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in evaluating and directing daily nursing operations in compliance with current rules and regulations.
• Ensure nursing personnel adhere to their respective job descriptions and maintain high standards of care.
• Participate in facility inspections and surveys conducted by authorized government agencies as requested by the DON and ADON.
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure staff performance aligns with acceptable nursing standards.
• Review and address complaints and grievances from department personnel, ensuring appropriate reporting to the Director of Nursing Services.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of New York.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a nursing home environment.
