BestChoice is Henry Ford Health System's internal staffing resource pool, designed to ensure there is sufficient staffing throughout our health system. BestChoice provides a proactive solution to unplanned or short-term staffing needs due to vacations, call-offs, leave of absences, increases in census or acuity. BestChoice employees are Henry Ford contingent staff and experience the same new employee screening, orientation, education, and competency standards alongside all HFHS team members.Opportunities are available at most of our Henry Ford Health System inpatient and outpatient locations within the southeastern Michigan region.
