Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - PreOp/PACU Location: Columbia, SC Pay: $43-47/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift Our client, a leading healthcare provider specializing in ENT and Allergy surgical care, is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care with a focus on innovation and excellence. They are looking for you, an experienced PACU Registered Nurse (RN) to join their dynamic team in a Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - ENT & Allergy Location: Columbia, SC Pay: $25-$27/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift Our client, a leading healthcare provider specializing in ENT and Allergy care, is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient services with a focus on innovation and excellence. They are looking for you, an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their growing team in a 6 month temp to perm role. What You Get to Do:
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses.
  • Assist with patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and exam preparation.
  • Administer medications, injections, and treatments as directed by the physician.
  • Perform routine lab tests and assist with diagnostic procedures.
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in electronic health systems.
  • Manage patient flow, scheduling, and follow-up appointments.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Active LPN license in the state of South Carolina.
  • CPR/BLS certification required.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting (ENT or Allergy experience preferred).
  • Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient interaction abilities.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

  • Provide preoperative assessment and post-surgery recovery care for surgical patients.
  • Monitor vital signs, pain control, and fluid intake/output, reporting any concerns to the anesthesiologist or surgeon.
  • Educate patients and families on post-surgery care and recovery guidelines.
  • Perform chart reviews and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain and monitor surgical equipment, reporting any issues as needed.
  • Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  • Assist with restocking, equipment maintenance, and surgery preparation for the next day.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of South Carolina.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient or specialty clinic setting.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • Strong clinical skills, particularly in ENT and Allergy surgical recovery.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills.
  • Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
