RN Registered Nurse Night Shift 12 hours - Adira Nursing and Rehab : Job Details

Adira Nursing and Rehab is building a team of RN's to be an integral partner in providing the best possible care for our residents. We have both day and night shift available!

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

· Provide care to residents by performing a variety of treatments.

· Perform personal resident care duties.

· Administer medications to residents as prescribed by the physician.

· Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, making assignments and enforcing facility policies.

· Assisting in training new personnel.

· Accurately recording resident behaviors in clinical records.

· Other duties as assigned.

Our candidates will possess the ability to effectively communicate with patients and other staff.

Educational requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse OR Registered Nurse
