RN (Registered Nurse) Painted Post, NY ($60.00 an Hour) - Regional Care Network : Job Details

Regional Care Network is looking for a Registered Nurse at a healthcare facility located in Painted Post, NYPay Rate: $60.00 per hour.Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN)

• Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
• Complete assessment to all residents quarterly and PRN such as: pain assessment, fall assessment and skin assessment.
• Does treatments, dispenses medications, and performs other nursing functions as needed on a regular basis.
• Inform the Physician orders are transcribed and carried out in a timely manner and other RN duties within the Scope of RN responsibility.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school
• Current NY State RN License
• BLS Certification
• 1 year of LTC Experience, SNF experience strongly preferred.
