Job Title : Elementary School Nurse (Registered Nurse) Location : Wilmington, NC area Hours : 7:20 AM - 2:20 PM Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our elementary school in Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality healthcare to our students, ensuring their well-being and supporting their educational experience. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and management of chronic health conditions.
• Conduct health screenings and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans for students with specific health needs.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to support student health and wellness.
• Educate students and staff on health-related topics and promote a healthy school environment.
• Respond to health emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications :

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
• Previous experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
