RN Supervisor (Weekends) - Nyack Ridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center : Job Details

Nyack Ridge Rehab Center is a skilled nursing facility. We are in the beautiful city of Valley Cottage in Rockland County, NY. Our focus is to serve the residents in our community.

We are committed to providing a supportive work environment for our staff. We are now recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor) to join our Team.

RN Supervisors must have in-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and a willingness to follow them at all times. The RN Supervisor is also responsible for performing various duties to provide quality nursing care to residents and coordinate total nursing care for residents. Implement specific procedures and programs; participate with the Director of Nursing Services in compliance with all operating policies and procedures; perform other appropriate nursing duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid R.N. license for NYS
• Must have two years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Must have two years of supervisory experience
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of emergency care
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and compassionate
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills

Job Type: P/T

Shift: Weekends

Rate: $45 - $50, depending on experience.
