RN Team Leader - Hospice - Vincent Management Group LLC : Job Details

In addition, the generosity of grateful families,private and corporate donors and grants, as well as their own employees, also support theirspecialized services.Responsibilities:Supports the Hospice Nurse Manager position by providing leadership guidance to the professionalstaff on a day-to-day basis to ensure the provision of Hospice and Palliative Care services areconsistent with the philosophy, goals, and policies of the our client. Mentors and providesleadership direction to the professional staff as directed by the Hospice Nurse Manager.The schedule includes functioning in a backup On Call capacity 2-3 times per month and 2-3holidays per year.home care, nursing, RN, homecare, nurse, hospice, home care hospice, hospice nurse, hospice rnQualifications:Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN or BS degree preferred. Minimum of five yearsof Hospice nursing experience. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Word, Outlook, andWindows experience required. New York State RN licensure, NYS valid license preferred. NationalBoard Certification in Hospice & Palliative Care (CHPN) preferred or obtains certification within oneyear of hire.
