A homecare organization in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a dedicated RN Training Instructor with experience teaching Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs). This role involves developing and delivering training programs to prepare HHAs and PCAs to provide high-quality care in compliance with state regulations and industry standards. Bilingual candidates are preferred to ensure effective communication with diverse trainees.Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for HHAs and PCAs.
• Conducting both classroom and hands-on instruction.
• Evaluating student performance and providing feedback for improvement.
• Ensuring all trainees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Ideal Qualifications:
