Our welcoming campus includes a variety of senior apartments, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing care, and state-of-the-art rehabilitation.RN Unit ManagerOur skilled nursing RN Supervisors oversee staff performance on a daily basis, including LPN Team Leaders and CNAs, acting as a resource to provide coaching and corrective action as needed. Works alongside other RN Supervisors, to provide the most dedicated leadership and care that maintains Weinberg Campus's standards.DEPARTMENT: Long Term Care/Subacute Rehab | Rosa Coplon Living CenterROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:Possess excellent organizational skills, leadership qualities, observational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to delegate responsibilitiesDiscipline staff as required in conjunction with the floor leaderMonitor all residents' incidents and determine a plan for corrective action and prevention of recurrenceConduct unit/residents rounds on a frequent basis and identify problematic issuesCommunicate with the medical staff any medical concerns or changes in resident conditions; obtain new orders as neededIf necessary, participate in the Admissions process and provide assistance with resident careATTRIBUTES OF SUCCESSFUL RN Unit Managers:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New YorkGood organizational and communication skillsRespect for the privacy, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents3 years of experience in nursing is preferred but not requiredExperience in long-term care and/or acute care is helpful but not necessaryEMPLOYEE BENEFITS INCLUDE:ALL PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE $42.00-45.00 AND UP TO $7,500 SIGN-ON BONUS!
