RN Wanted Full Time or Part Time in Los Banos - Maxim Healthcare Services : Job Details

Pay: $ 43- $ 45 per hour plus OT ( Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (start time hours can be different) you can pick to work the full 60 hours for the week or work part time working either 2 - 3 days per week.

Hands on training is provided and MUST have an RN license in order to apply

Maxim Healthcare in Los Banos, CA is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) work with an Adult patient in their own home. Patient is dependent on G Tube, Trach and Ventilator.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray (we will provide one for you with costs covered if needed).

• Current BLS card (Course offered with our office with cost covered).
