Minimum Requirements:

• Notes: 70% of the role will be in the office. The nurse may be required to travel to patients' homes (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens) to complete wound care consults. Nurses must be Wound Care Certified.
• Licensure + Education: Required: New York State RN License, Primary Source Verification, AHA BLS
• Skills:
• Minimum of 2 years of med/surg experience
• Wound and colostomy experience required
• Wound management
• Community outreach
• Excellent communication skills
• Certified Home Health Registered Nurse
• Additional wound care experience preferred

Submission Requirements:

• Only one overtime shift allowed per week

Pay Details:

• Hourly Rate: Up to $84.00
