Experienced Road/Heavy Highway Construction Project Manager - Excellere Construction, LLC : Job Details

Excellere Construction, LLC is a fast-growing company that specializes in the construction of road improvement projects and multi-use trails. Excellere executes infrastructure projects for Cities, Counties, and GDOT.

We are seeking an experienced Road Improvement/Heavy Highway Construction project manager. This person will work under the supervision of a Georgia registered Professional Engineer, PE.

Our Ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (MANDATORY)
• Over 5 years of experience managing road infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Must be detail-oriented, organized and can meet stringent deadlines
• Passed EIT exam big plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Duties:

• Plan all construction operations
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality control
• Coordinate/schedule sub-contractors
• Purchasing construction materials
• Prepare subcontractor agreement for sub-contractors
• Prepare submittals
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
• Prepare Request for Information as needed
• Prepare pay applications/invoices
• Review and approved invoices from subcontractors and suppliers
