Robot Operator - Graphic Packaging International, LLC : Job Details

Job functions include but are not limited to the following. Visually inspect area while walking around robot area to respond to issues that arise (i.e.: stage pick errors, wrong case sizes, light curtain faults, dropped cases, and untapped cases.) Operate HMI control screen to reset, power down, or enable/disable robot and robot cells. Operate teach pendent to jog robot if issues arise. Operate stretch wrappers. Determine why boxes arent being scanned (i.e.: labels on incorrectly, or box not placed on conveyor belt properly.) Put boxes in designated area. Responsible to review and confirm Pallet tags, Pallet log and Work instructions all agree. Confirm labels are secure and facing out, as applicable, when preparing pallets. Also, make sure corrugated is all lined up and matches in appearance. Hand stack boxes from when needed if robot issues arise. Record any discrepancies as they occur.
