Description/Requirements:
Require: Programing paint robots offline programming software or equivalent.
- Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
- Experience with Digital Engineering
- Additional related certifications
- Technical School Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects
- Able to take initiative to recommend projects, product improvements, or cost reductions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibility:
- This person will be creating offline robot programs for download in a robotic production process. Coordinate with Regional Paint Engineer study, conduct the trial, evaluate based on safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Supporting Paint DE group to develop reach studies and cycle time analysis for sealer, UBC, and dampening coat robot processes.
- Supporting Paint DE group to develop reach studies and cycle time analysis for primer, base, clear and interior robot processes.
