This role involves hands-on operation of palletizing machinery and stretch-wrapping equipment to keep production running smoothly and maintain quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Operating and Monitoring Robotic Equipment: Manage robotic equipment consoles that handle sorting, transferring, and stacking pallets and containers.Pallet Labeling and Stacking: Use consoles to control labeling and stacking processes, ensuring proper arrangement and sorting according to schedules and patterns.Quality Control: Identify and sort defective packages, redirecting them when necessary, and monitor for any production issues.Jam and Malfunction Management: Stop equipment to clear jams and report malfunctions.Material Supply: Load equipment with necessary supplies like pallets, base sheets, or corner boards.Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records on production and equipment performance.Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or EquivalentSkills: Mechanical aptitude, a quality-focused mindset, and a good understanding of robotic control systems Equipment/Training Knowledge:Strong Mechanical AptitudeQuality MindsetAbility to Understand and Control Robotic EquipmentWhy Join Us?
