We are looking for a Robotics Field Engineer to join our team as a key player in driving design excellence. As a Robotics Field Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our Field Robotics Engineer initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the launch of intelligent aerial robots and autonomously sustainable ecosystems. You will leverage your expertise to Robotics Field Engineer and implement robust and reliable, ensuring optimal performance of our products.Key Responsibilities
- Operate aerial robots and robotic systems
- Test the robotic systems based on product specifications
- Troubleshoot software/hardware robotic system integration and deployment
- Travel to customer sites and provide field support
- Aid the developer team to deliver prototype and product in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other teams within the company
Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. degree in robotics, computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or other engineering disciplines
- 2+ years of experience in robotic system operation or field tests in aviation, robotics, or automotive
- Experience with robotic system integrations and analyzing the system logs
- Experience using Ubuntu/Windows System
- Experience with programming/scripting languages (python, C, ROS, bash)
- Being detail-oriented and managing multiple tasks
- Proficient in safety pilot for aerial robots
- Self-motivated person who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Optional Qualifications
- Experience with building and repairing aerial robots and robotic systems
- Experience with installing and running applications on Windows and Linux
- Experience at a fast-growing startup
