Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to inspect and confirm new modified equipment and to prepare that equipment for manufacturing production. Confirm that new model equipment meets standards and performs as intended. Prepare and confirm new equipment at the Vendors. Responsibilities include robot teaching, PLC troubleshooting, and equipment inspection/confirmation. Support Body Engineering for body weld model change activities. The primary project focus will be at TMMTX, with possible support of other plant locations.

This is a fully on-site position in San Antonio, Texas.
Work Environment
This group is the implementation arm of engineering and is responsible for making sure all the equipment is up and running according to standards and specifications. These positions are project-based and a project can last anywhere from 9-18 months. Once a project is completed, another one will be available at a designated NAMC. Travel will be back and forth, typically 12 days out at peak times at designated NAMC project.
