What You'll Do:
- Precision Assembly & Testing: Use a variety of tools and equipment to assemble and test cleaned pump and tubing anchor parts, ensuring each component meets stringent quality standards.
- Detailed Inspections: Carefully inspect parts such as barrels, plungers, valve cages, balls, and seats for accuracy and functionality.
- Equipment Operation: Operate specialized testing equipment including ball and seat testers, vacuum testers, and air micrometers to evaluate part performance and reliability.
- Quality Assessment: Assess the condition of all parts to determine their reusability, ensuring optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Support Operations: Help with warehouse operations and inventory management as needed, contributing to a well-organized and efficient workplace.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Order: Keep your workspace, machines, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in top working condition.
- Adapt & Contribute: Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the team and company goals.

Requirements What We're Looking For:Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a TAC or rod pump technician with strong mechanical aptitude. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using various mechanical tools and testing equipment, along with a solid understanding of mechanical and inventory skills for equipment and parts. Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and safely. Reliability: A consistent and dependable attendance record is essential. Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license and over 21 years of age.
