Rolex Advisor
The Rolex Advisor makes the client's needs their primary focus. They strive to establish client relationships, listening to clients to anticipate their needs and takes personal responsibility for the client's requests. The Rolex Advisor is a brand expert, staying up to date on new products, industry trends, and Rolex training. The Rolex Advisor strives to create a lasting impression; delivering memorable service to clients and exhibiting a passion for timepieces with a focus on storytelling while meeting and exceeding the Company's hospitality expectations and sales targets.
Responsibilities
* Deliver Rolex Way measures.
* Deliver a seamless client experience and elevated hospitality with keen attention to each client interaction.
* Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the integrity of the brand.
* Confidently present products to clients incorporating storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
* Build, maintain and develop a clientele through use of company CRM platform focusing on relationship building.
* Develop and maintain product knowledge on the collections and pieces carried in the showroom as well as general industry knowledge.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and collective sales targets, sharing best practices, and contributing to a positive and cohesive environment.
* Maintain a professional attitude at all times and conduct business with integrity.
* Comply with all Company guidelines, policies and procedures as outlined in all company publications.
* Offer assistance and build effective working relationships with team members.
* Turn clients over to another member of the team as required to best serve the client's needs.
* Organize merchandise and displays accordingly in order to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
* Supports the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.
* Independently uses all company systems, hardware and software required in the performance of duties and responsibilities.
* Complete relevant administrative responsibilities and tasks that support the Client Experience.
* Take in and delivers client repairs when required.
* Fulfill Watches of Switzerland Group expectations delivering on established KPIs
* Adhere to Watches of Switzerland Group Dress Code Standards
* Business related travel when required
* Perform all the duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Physical Requirements
* Required to stand up for long periods of time.
* May be required to lift packages/boxes.
Working Conditions and Environment
* Schedule flexibility and availability required to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Education
* High School Diploma
Experience
* 1 year retail sales experience
Skills and Knowledge
* Excellent storytelling ability
* Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry
* Excellent client service and selling skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work as a team.
* Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Computer literate (MS Office)
