Job Position: Roofer Job Type: Full-Time Location: Sioux City, IA 51101 Pay Rate: $16.00/hr. | DOE Job Summary: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM- 5:00 PM Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced roofer to join our team. As a roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on various residential and commercial properties. To excel in this role, you must have a solid understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures. • Install and repair various roofing systems, including asphalt, metal, and tile
• Replace damaged or worn-out roofing materials
• Repair leaks and prevent damage to property interiors
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with local building codes
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures
• Ability to estimate materials accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights
• Valid driver's license is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
