This position installs and repairs various types of District roofing systems and performs general journey-level carpentry to a variety of maintenance and repair projects on District facilities, structures, and equipment.Shift Details: 8 hours a day; 11/25/2024 - 02/28/2025 Leave Replacement Position Non-Continuing Position: This position is non-continuing for the 2024-2025 school year only. Typically, non-continuing assignments fill a variety of temporary vacancies to help the school district meet a short-term work demand. This work assignment expires on the end date of employment and there is no reasonable assurance for work after the end date. An employee's total work hours and the designated beginning and ending times may vary. - An acceptable driving record based on an approved driver's abstract (or Motor Vehicle Record)
- Driver's license verification and validation
- CPR and First Aid Certifications or willingness to obtain (training provided by District)
- Fork Lift with Aerial and Boom Truck License or willingness to obtain (training provided by District)
- Asbestos Worker and Supervisor Certifications
