Job Position: Roofing ForemanJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Sioux City, IA 51101Pay Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)Job Summary:Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM- Finish| DOEDescription:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial Roofer Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing, exceptional leadership skills, and a willingness to travel extensively for various projects across the region. Per Diem will be provided for travel. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate roofing projects from start to finish
• Lead and manage a team of roofers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections to assess project progress and quality of work.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Train and mentor crew members on roofing techniques and safety practices.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and project status.
• Ensure all work is compliant with local building codes and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a roofing foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems and techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to travel frequently for job assignments.
