Join Our Team as a Room Attendant in Fargo, ND!

We're looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team. Ideal candidates will have experience in the hospitality or cleaning industry, are self-motivated, and able to work with little supervision. This position requires availability during the tentative hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed to meet business demands.

We are seeking a qualified physical Room Attendant that is highly motivated and can ensure rooms are inviting and comfortable.Applicant must have the ability to work independently and efficiently perform cleaning duties.Key Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, push, pull, more than 10 lbs. often housekeeper carts can weigh more than 30 lbs. or more to push, pull.
• Ability to stand for long period of time and perform repetitive motions.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Detail-orientated individual who is able to focus his/her cleaning responsibilities, ensuring that each room set up is completed as required by the property.
• Ability to maintain a composed, gracious and professional attitude.
• Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Replenish items in rooms for guest use, including but not limited to towels, linens, and amenities.
• Accommodate and anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and professionally.
• Thoroughly clean the guest room and bathroom area as assigned, (i.e. vacuuming, dusting, changing bed linen, emptying trash cans).
• Report any maintenance needs or items left behind from the guest to the appropriate department.
• Become familiar and knowledgeable with the hotel's safety and emergency procedures.

Must be able to successfully pass a background check as it relates to the job responsibilities for this position.
