Job DescriptionAs a housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized environment for guests or residents. Your duties will include cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, as well as ensuring all cleaning standards are met.Responsibilities:
  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
  • Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and lounges.
  • Change linens and towels as needed.
  • Empty trash containers and disposal of waste properly.
  • Replenish supplies such as toiletries, tissues, and cleaning products.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
