The Hilton University of Florida is seeking a motivated Room Attendant to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
What you'll do:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of assigned guest rooms and suites, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and washing windows.
- Replenish linens and guest amenities, and respond to special requests.
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Report any maintenance deficiencies or guest concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and laundry as needed.
- Follow all safety and security procedures.
