We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while ensuring each guestroom is cleaned to our high property standards.Key Responsibilities:Clean assigned rooms using established methods, including making beds, dusting furniture, replenishing supplies, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and moreMaintain outdoor areas by sweeping patios and washing windowsSafeguard hotel and guest propertyHandle lost and found items properlyReport necessary repairs to managementMaintain clean and well-stocked room attendant cartsInspect work areas for potential hazardsRestock supplies and clean equipment at end of shiftRespond promptly to guest and management requestsGreet all guests warmlyStay informed about hotel activitiesRepresent the hotel positively at all timesQualifications:Housekeeping and customer service experience preferredKnowledge of cleaning chemicalsAbility to work any day and hour of the weekSelf-motivated with minimal supervisionMaintain a professional appearanceStrong teamwork skillsEffective communication abilitiesFollow verbal and written instructionsWork well under pressureIf you're passionate about cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and creating a welcoming environment, we want to hear from you!
